These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ComSetu website, mobile app and web admin panel (together, the “Services”), operated by ComSetu (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a demo, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

ComSetu is a community networking and business-growth platform that provides tools such as business directories, community networking, events and meetups, referrals, membership management, analytics, a mobile app and a web admin panel. Features available to you depend on the plan your organization has subscribed to.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications or spam to other members or communities.

5. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed on the cycle selected at checkout or agreed with our sales team. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. We may change our pricing from time to time, and we will provide reasonable notice before any change takes effect for existing subscriptions. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics and the ComSetu name and logo, are owned by ComSetu or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you post to your community, but you grant ComSetu a limited license to host, display and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we determine, in our reasonable discretion, is harmful to other users or to ComSetu.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and material changes may also be communicated by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
